PiYo-What's the scoop???

So by now you have probably heard the word PiYo being thrown around here and there. And you are wondering what it’s all about. There is even talk about it selling out! Crazy!!! But that just goes to show that Beachbody has done it again. They continue to put out home fitness programs that really do work!

PiYo is a no weights workout! That’s right... no equipment needed with this program! You will be using all your own body strength to turn into a lean, mean, PiYo machine!
It s a low impact, cardio AND strength training program that is going to help with your flexibility.

I have tried PiYo based workouts before and I have to say I am super excited about the release of this program! I am so excited that this program will be versatile and it will help  to stretch and strengthen!
I have always been drawn to programs that involve heavy lifting. I love the weights! P90X, BodyBeast, Pump, P90X2 and 3!!! I am she woman HEAR ME ROARRRRR ;)
